Welcome to the IEEE Malaysia Section Women in Engineering website.
The mission of IEEE WIE is to facilitate the global inspiration, engagement and advancement of women in technical disciplines. IEEE WIE envisions a vibrant community of IEEE women and men collectively using their diverse talents to innovate for the benefit of humanity.
The IEEE WIE was established in 1994. WIE Affinity Group (AG) provide the opportunity for members to network at international and national level. All members are encouraged to join and participate in their local group activities to promote growth within WIE.
The IEEE Malaysia Women in Engineering Affinity Group was established in 2007. Since the establishment, the following members have served as the IEEE Malaysia Section WIE Chairs.

In a nutshell, IEEE WIE Malaysia shall continue to inspire and empower girls and ladies to pursue a career in engineering thus collectively use their diverse talents to innovate for the benefit of humanity.
